This series of work explores notions of coded materiality, and textile-related media as carriers of sensory experiences explored through the medium of weaving. Issues of place, translation and communication have become increasingly relevant to living in Montreal.  Here, There, Everywhere  and Translation examines the role that Google translator plays in assisting or hindering the dissemination of texts, while Tracking  isolates the hieroglyphics on receipts into an undecipherable language.
